US Wholesale Terms and Policies

  1. INITIAL ORDERS: the minimum initial order is $500.00 at wholesale value and must be prepaid.
  2. REORDERS: A minimum for reorders is $200.00
  3. PAYMENT TERMS: We accept all major credit cards, paypal, and check. Prepay for initial order. Upon request, Net 30 days may be approved once your credit has been established. Accounts with Net 30 terms that are frequently late will revert to prepay.
  4. SHIPPING: Orders will generally be shipped via UPS unless you direct otherwise. Prices shown on the price sheet, packing, and packing slip which we email as order confirmation do not include shipping.
    • We offer free shipping on orders over $400.00 for approved accounts*.
    • Does this include HI, AK, PR. What for international?
    • For large items such as the Friendly Loom Tapestry Looms, drop ship is an option to ship direct from us to your customers with all billings and payments to be made through you. There is a $20,00 drop shipping fee.
    • We offer 5% discount on case purchases. When a case discount is established, shipping must be paid on all orders.
    • If you provide your delivery service account number (UPS or FedEx) we will use it regardless of the total dollar amount of your order. To offset, we will offer a x% discount on all orders.
  5. DELIVERY: We do our best to process orders within one business day and ship within 2-3 business days. During the peak season and under unforeseen circumstances it could take up to 7 business days. We ship Monday through Friday.

  6. RETURN POLICY: The return of any merchandise for credit must be within 30 days of invoice date and authorized in advance by our office. A 15% restocking fee plus shipping expenses will be applied to any item returned for credit without RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Merchandise damaged in shipping must be reported to us immediately and within 30 days from the date of invoice for a full refund or replacements.
    • For damages made to packaging, we will ship the packaging as replacement and ask that you replace and sell.
  7. GUARANTEE: We guarantee that all the products we make will meet our high standard of quality. If you receive any product which you believe is not up to this standard, we would appreciate your bringing it to our immediate attention.
    • FL Guarantee: FL products are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase by the original owner against defect in manufacture or damage as a result of shipping from Harrisville Designs. Replacement parts will be provided at no charge. Is this for the end user?
  8. ACTIVE ACCOUNTS: To maintain an active status, a minimum of $500.00 per year is required. If this is not met, your account will be inactivated. Initial order requirements will have to be met to activate; however automatic reactivation is not guaranteed after 2 years of inactivity.
  9. ORDER PLACEMENT: We encourage you to use our online portal to place your wholesale order. If for any reason you cannot, please email your order to help@harrisville.com. We are not able to take phone orders.
  10. ONLINE RETAIL:
    • We do not support third party sellers such as and not limited to Amazon, Facebook, Walmart, Ebay, and Etsy*. Please check beforehand to confirm that the third party you with to use is authorized by us.
    • Please advise if you plan to sell Friendly Loom products on your online store.
    • MAP policy agreement must be agreed and signed to abide by its terms and conditions.
